The Left Hand Grange No. 9 is located in the historic Nelson Hall building at the corner of Second Avenue and Franklin Street in Niwot. The downstairs facilities are available for rental, although no smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Our recent hall improvements mean the main floor and the restroom facilities are now handicap accessible. The building is better insulated, and has both heating and air-conditioning. The kitchen has also been upgraded and modernized. The main room has a beautiful new vinyl floor, fresh windows, and wainscoting all around. It is a great place for meetings and functions.  There are 2 restrooms available. Renters are responsible for set-up, clean-up, and removal of all trash after the event. There are 10 six-foot tables and 65 folding chairs available.

The upper floor continues in its general stage and seating configuration. The upstairs is available for rental for select events, but because of the steep stairway, and lack of handicap accessibility, it is not appropriate for all events.

The downstairs and upstairs are rented separately. Please specify the space you are interested in when inquiring about availability.
